Here are some of our most frequently asked questions -I just love your products, how can I buy them?
Retail stores can purchase online anytime! If you are a customer please contact us and we will be glad to offer you information about stores in your area or other websites that carry our products.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm eastern standard time.
What is your Lead Time?
All of our products are handcrafted on site and we are able to ship 5-10 business days consistently throughout the year!
Do I need to order 6 ornaments of the same colour?
The minimum quantity is 6, but you can assort throughout all the colours.
What is your minimum order?
The first order minimum is $250. Re-orders are a minimum of $150.
I received my order and one of my products arrived broken, what should I do?
Give us a call and we would gladly pick up the broken piece, replace it or credit your account.
I am doing some advertising and would like images of your products, how can I get these?
